FAQ

How The Waitlist Works

If you add your name to the waitlist of a piece you like that is sold out, your provided information will go into a special email list. When I have made a new batch of that item, I will send an email to everyone on that waitlist one day before the new item batch is added to the website. Because antler comes in an endless variety of shape, color, and size, I cannot ever exactly recreate the previous batch of items. The notification email I send is to let those who are interested check out the new batch and see if any of the new items spark their interest. I am not able to reserve specific items in my online store. If you would like a piece made specifically for you, please contact me about a private commission.

Jewelry Care

Over time, all metal will oxidize and tarnish, and the color of antler will deepen with natural wear. To help preserve your jewelry, make sure to remove when exercising, washing your hands, showering, or swimming. Contact with liquid can cause or accelerate oxidization and discoloration. Use a standard silver polishing cloth to help keep metal components bright, and use a simple towel to wipe away dirt from antler. Store jewelry out of direct sunlight and away from heat.

Argentium is a brand of hypoallergenic, tarnish-resistant silver alloy. This lustrous white metal is nickel-free, using germanium in place of a percentage of copper seen in traditional sterling alloys. Argentium silver is also a responsible and ethical choice for jewelers; traceability of its raw silver is guaranteed and it is certified as using only recycled silver.
